Using the platform
PahadiSawari connects riders with drivers. By creating an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information.
Bookings and fares
Fares are calculated on the basis shown in the app at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply where a trip changes after it begins.
Conduct
Riders and drivers are expected to treat each other with respect. Accounts may be restricted where conduct puts other users at risk.
Liability
The final terms will set out the responsibilities of PahadiSawari, riders and drivers, along with applicable limitations, in accordance with Indian law.
