Cancellation Policy
What happens when a ride is cancelled — by a rider or by a driver. Exact charges will be published in the app before this policy takes effect.

Cancelling a ride
You can cancel a ride from the app. Cancelling shortly after booking, before a driver has travelled towards you, is intended to be straightforward.
Late cancellations
A cancellation charge may apply once a driver has already travelled towards your pickup point, or close to the start time of a scheduled ride. Any applicable amount will be shown in the app.
Advance and outstation bookings
Scheduled and long-distance trips involve more driver commitment, so cancellation terms for them may differ from local rides.
Driver cancellations
Drivers can also cancel, for example where a road is blocked or a vehicle develops a fault. Repeated unjustified cancellations are reviewed.
