Driver Terms
The terms that apply when you drive with PahadiSawari. This document is being finalised with our legal advisors before launch.

Eligibility and documents
Drivers must hold a valid licence appropriate for commercial passenger driving and keep vehicle documents current. Documents are verified before a driver can go online.
Plans and payments
Platform access is paid for through the plan you select. Plan terms, amounts and payout arrangements will be shown in the Driver App before you commit.
Conduct and ratings
Drivers are expected to complete accepted trips, drive safely and treat riders respectfully. Accounts may be reviewed or restricted where this is not met.
Independent operation
Drivers choose when to go online and which requests to accept. The final terms will set out the relationship between PahadiSawari and drivers in accordance with Indian law.
